The counter most people head to first. Disposables for anyone who doesn't want to think about it, and pod systems for anyone who's decided to. Pods, coils, batteries and chargers are kept in stock so you're not stuck a week later.
Flavours across the usual ground — fruit, menthol, dessert and tobacco — in a range of nicotine strengths. If you've got one you keep failing to find, ask at the counter and we'll tell you straight whether we have it.
Cigarettes by the pack or the carton, in the brands people actually ask for. Cigars and cigarillos alongside them, plus flavoured tips and singles if you only want the one.
Everything for rolling your own is here too: papers, cones, wraps, filters and loose tobacco, with lighters and cutters on the same counter so it's a single stop rather than three.
Shisha in the flavours that actually move — double apple, mint, grape and the rest — kept where you can see what's in and what isn't before you ask.
Plus the supplies that go around a session: coals, foil, tongs, hoses, bowls and grommets. If you're missing one small part, it's usually quicker to stop in than to order it and wait.
A cooler kept properly cold: sodas, bottled water, energy drinks, juice and sports drinks. The thing you want on a Memphis afternoon, at corner-store prices rather than event prices.
Coffee as well, for the walk back to the office or the drive out of downtown. Grab it at the counter or at the drive-through window if you'd rather not park.

If you're downtown and something has run out, there's a fair chance it's on a shelf here. Ask — we'd rather point you to it than watch you walk out empty-handed.
